Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager at Abybaby Events Private Limited's Bengaluru location. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, managing client relationships, coordinating with vendors and teams, preparing event budgets, and ensuring that events meet client expectations and company standards. The role also involves handling on-ground event operations and solving challenges in real-time to ensure smooth execution of events.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Event Planning, Coordination, and On-ground Execution
- Strong skills in Vendor Management, Budget Preparation, and Resource Allocation
- Ability to build and nurture Client Relationships
- Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational abilities
- Experience in Team Leadership and Conflict Resolution during events
- Proficiency in using event management software and tools is an added advantage
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
