Key responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential speakers, industry leaders, and experts relevant to event themes.
2. Reach out to CMOs, founders, and senior executives via email and LinkedIn.
3. Pitch event speaking opportunities and build interest in participating.
4. Coordinate discussions, schedules, and confirmations with speakers.
5. Maintain and update speaker databases and outreach trackers.
6. Work closely with the event and content team to finalize speaker line-ups.
7. Assist with speaker communication before and during the event.
8. Ensure a positive experience for speakers and maintain professional relationships.
Remuneration: 15000 per month based on priority experience
