Job details:
- Assist in planning and organizing Mind Vibe-Z events, festivals, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Manage on-ground event operations and ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Liaise with colleges, organizations, psychologists, facilitators, and partners.
- Support recruitment, briefing, and coordination of event volunteers.
- Assist in procurement and management of event materials and supplies.
- Coordinate venue requirements including seating, equipment, and installations.
- Maintain event checklists, attendance records, and coordination documents.
- Assist in capturing event insights, feedback, and post-event reports.
About Company: SBC3 is a Section 8 (non-profit) public company focused on developing and implementing social and behaviour change communication (SBCC) programs. It is a UNICEF partner organization and collaborates with UNICEF and the Government of Maharashtra. SBC3 runs several initiatives aimed at addressing critical social issues.
