As a key member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting events and projects while developing your skills in event management, project management, vendor management, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Utilize MS-Office, Canva, and MS-Excel to create presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.
- Support the operations team in ensuring smooth event operations and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers for seamless event execution.
- Utilize your English proficiency, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Assist in budget management and financial tracking for events and projects.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance the overall event experience for our clients.
