Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote role for an Event Management Intern, located in Delhi, India. The intern will assist with planning, organizing, and executing events to support the foundation’s goals. Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing on-site event operations, facilitating communication with stakeholders, assisting with training sessions, and supporting event marketing efforts. The intern will work closely with the team to ensure successful delivery of all events.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members
- Experience or interest in Training and skill-building activities
- Understanding of Marketing concepts, with the ability to support event promotional efforts
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively in team settings
- Proficiency in time management and attention to detail
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
