Role Description The Event & Logistics Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the planning and execution of events, including coordinating logistics, vendor communication, and on-ground arrangements. Daily tasks include assisting with event timelines, preparing checklists, managing inventory and materials, and helping with venue setup and breakdown. The role involves maintaining client-facing documentation, supporting basic event marketing activities, and ensuring smooth customer interactions before, during, and after events. The intern will collaborate closely with the event management team, learn best practices in event operations, and handle administrative tasks necessary for successful event delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, guests, and vendors.
- Interest and foundational skills in Event Planning and Event Marketing to support end-to-end event execution.
- Basic Sales and client support abilities to assist in inquiries, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; comfort with digital tools for scheduling and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including occasionally extended hours around key events.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and capacity to work both independently and within a team.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
