Role Description The Event IP & Partnerships Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for building and managing Hubb’s event intellectual properties (IPs) and strategic partnerships. This role involves designing and owning event concepts, curating unique experiences, and coordinating with venues, creators, and brands to deliver high-quality events that align with Hubb’s vision. The individual will oversee end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, timelines, vendor management, and on-ground execution, ensuring seamless attendee experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include nurturing partner relationships, negotiating collaborations, driving event marketing initiatives, and collecting feedback to refine future events. The role also requires close collaboration with product, content, and marketing teams to integrate events into the platform and amplify their reach.
Qualifications
- Strong Event Planning and Event Marketing skills to design, organize, and promote engaging event IPs.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to manage stakeholders, guests, and partners professionally.
- Proven Sales and partnership development experience to secure collaborations with venues, brands, and creators.
- Experience in hospitality, nightlife, live events, or entertainment sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, handle multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools, social media, and data insights to inform event strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
