🎯 Role Overview:
As an Event Facilitator, you will be responsible for conducting orientation programs, coordinating events/workshops, and ensuring engaging interactions with participants and new team members.
✨ Key Skills Required:
🔹 Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
🔹 Confident personality with strong stage presence
🔹 Good presentation and public interaction skills
🔹 Event hosting or anchoring experience is preferred
🔹 Ability to coordinate and manage workshops/events effectively
🔹 Strong team coordination and interpersonal skills
