We are looking for an experienced Event & Exhibition Designer who can transform ideas into immersive spatial experiences. The role requires strong expertise in 3D stall design along with high-quality walkthrough videos, enabling clients to visualize concepts before execution.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and design exhibition stalls, event setups, booths, and experiential spaces
- Develop 3D designs, layouts, and presentation concepts based on client briefs
- Create realistic walkthrough videos showcasing the look and feel of the proposed designs
- Collaborate with business development and client servicing teams to understand project requirements
- Ensure designs are creative, practical, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure execution feasibility
- Optimize designs for cost, materials, and on-ground implementation
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as an Event/Exhibition Designer (mandatory)
- Strong portfolio showcasing stall designs, event spaces, and walkthroughs
- Proficiency in: 3ds Max / SketchUp / AutoCAD
- V-Ray or similar rendering tools & Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to create walkthrough videos and basic video edits (Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar)
- Strong understanding of space design, materials, and fabrication feasibility
