Role Description
This is an internship, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Event Executive. The Event Executive will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event planning and management, including vendor management, guest coordination, event setup and breakdown, and on-site support during events. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and oversee logistics to ensure a successful and memorable event. This is a paid internship.
Qualifications
- Looking for someone with not for more than 1 year experience in event industry
- Event planning and coordination skills
- Vendor management and negotiation experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Experience with budget management and financial planning
- Knowledge of the events industry and local market
- Previous experience in event management or a related role is a plus
