Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Executive, based in Mumbai. The Event Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including coordinating vendor communication, managing timelines, ensuring adherence to client requirements, and troubleshooting any day-of-event challenges. Responsibilities also involve supporting creative event concepts, ensuring high-quality client satisfaction, maintaining budgets, and preparing detailed event reports. Collaboration with internal teams and clients will be a key part of the daily tasks to create seamless and customized event experiences.
Qualifications
- Event planning and coordination skills, including vendor management and on-site logistics
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple events and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities for designing innovative event concepts
- Experience in budgeting and cost management for event projects
- Proficiency in event management software and related tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in event planning, particularly for weddings, is highly desirable
