We design events (Open mic, Cultural evenings, bhajan jamming etc) that encourage people to express, experiment, and experience. Our focus is on building communities bringing together people who want to grow, share ideas, and learn from one another.
Role Description We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Event Generalist to support the planning, execution, and operations of our events and workshops. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, coordinating with people, and ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
You will work closely with the founders, facilitators, vendors, and community members to deliver memorable experiences while keeping operations efficient and organised.
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning, coordination, and on-ground execution.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Basic budgeting, reporting, and documentation skills, including proficiency in productivity tools such as spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a calm, professional approach in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree
