Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for the role of Event Executive. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish. Key responsibilities include vendor management, meeting with clients to understand their requirements, budgeting, logistics management, and ensuring seamless event delivery. The role also involves problem-solving and managing on-ground event operations to maintain high standards of execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Event planning, coordination, and execution skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and vendor management
- Budgeting and financial management acumen
- Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage on-site event logistics and adapt to dynamic environments
- Proficiency in event management software and other relevant tools is an advantage
- Prior experience in event planning or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline
