Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Event Executive based in Bhopal. The Event Executive will collaborate with the events team to plan, coordinate, and execute exceptional events that align with Marriott International standards. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication between departments, coordinating vendor services, and successfully handling last-minute adjustments to achieve high-quality event delivery with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Organizational Skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate and oversee multiple event components and timelines.
- Vendor Management and Client Coordination experience to build strong partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments, solve problems, and address unforeseen challenges with composure and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Customer Service Orientation with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences and meeting client expectations.
- Time Management and Multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and ensure timely execution of event plans.
- Proficiency in using event management software and tools is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in event management or hospitality preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
