Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Event Executive to support motorsport events, sponsorship acquisition, institutional partnerships, and lead generation activities. The candidate should be confident in communication, relationship building, and willing to travel when required.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute motorsport and EV-related events.
Identify and approach potential sponsors for events and competitions.
Develop and manage institutional partnerships with colleges, universities and corporate partners.
Generate leads for sponsorships, event participation, and collaborations.
Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads.
Manage communication with vendors, stakeholders, and collaborators.
Represent ISIEINDIA in meetings, institutional visits, and corporate discussions.
Travel for meetings, partnerships, and event execution as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in event management, sponsorship, or business development preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
