Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Engagement Associate located in the Pune Division. The Event Engagement Associate will be responsible for managing events, coordinating with teams and vendors, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and participants. Day-to-day tasks include client engagement, logistical arrangements, promoting events, and ensuring the successful execution of virtual and in-person events to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and attendees
- Experience in Event Planning and Event Management, with a proven ability to organize and execute successful events with 60% travel
- Knowledge of Sales techniques to support event-related lead generation and client acquisition
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using event management tools and technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
