About The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Event Designer to join our vibrant team and contribute to creating spectacular events that leave a lasting impression.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design creative and innovative event concepts aligned with client requirements and brand objectives.
- Develop detailed event layouts, themes, and visual aesthetics to ensure a cohesive experience.
- Coordinate with vendors, artists, and contractors to execute event visions effectively on-site.
- Manage event budgets and oversee procurement to ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Create proposals, presentations, and mood boards to pitch ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure seamless event execution, troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in event designing, planning, or related roles within the event industry
- Strong creativity and artistic sense with excellent visualisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of event production processes, safety standards, and logistics
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Understanding of budget management and procurement processes
- Preferred
- Experience with large-scale event production or brand events
- Certificates in event management or design

India - On-site at designated event locations and our office premises.
