Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Designer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Event Designer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of events, collaborating with clients to create memorable and unique experiences. Responsibilities also include coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, and sourcing decor and thematic elements. Additional tasks involve aligning the creative direction and managing efficient timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Event Designing and Event Planning to conceptualize and execute unique event ideas
- Experience in Event Management and coordinating event logistics
- Strong Communication skills for client collaboration and vendor coordination
- Basic Sales skills to communicate effectively with prospective clients and ensure client satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Relevant work experience in event management, design, or a related field
- Knowledge of the Kolkata metropolitan area event venues, vendors, and suppliers is a plus
