Responsibilities:

1. Client Collaboration: Consult with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and design preferences. Provide guidance and creative ideas to help clients conceptualize their dream wedding.

2. Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and themes for weddings, incorporating the latest design trends. Create mood boards, color palettes, and design proposals to present to clients. Design and curate wedding décor elements, including but not limited to floral arrangements, table settings, lighting, and signage.

3. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, including florists, decorators, and rental companies, to source and coordinate design elements. Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and props required for each wedding.

4. Project Management: Create and manage project timelines, ensuring that all design elements are delivered and set up according to schedule.

5. On-Site Execution: Supervise the setup and installation of design elements on the wedding day. Address any design-related issues that may arise during the event.

6. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest wedding design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into your designs.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the planning team to ensure seamless coordination between design and logistics. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and interns.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interiors or related field.
Proven experience in wedding or event design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Exceptional creativity and an eye for detail.
Strong knowledge of design software and tools.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Familiarity with wedding industry trends and vendors.
Leadership and teamwork skills.
