Role Summary
We are looking for an Event Coordinator Intern who can help manage the operational side of our events. This role is focused on handling guest coordination, maintaining data, and ensuring smooth communication before and during events.
Success in this role means events run without confusion, guests feel taken care of, and all coordination happens on time without last minute chaos.
This role sits at the center of execution. It connects planning with on ground delivery and directly impacts the overall event experience.
Responsibilities
Manage guest lists and ensure all attendee data is accurate and up to date
Coordinate with guests through email and phone calls for confirmations and reminders
Maintain and organize event related data such as RSVPs, attendance, and follow ups
Assist in pre event planning and on ground coordination during events
Handle communication between internal team members and external participants
Ensure smooth check in experience and basic guest support during events
Track responses and provide regular updates to the team
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable speaking with people over calls and handling coordination
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and data management
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet timelines
Interest in events, startups, or community building is a plus
