Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of events for residential societies. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, handling on-ground operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth event management. This role requires seamless coordination across teams to meet client expectations and deliver impactful events.
Qualifications
- Skills in Event Planning and Event Management to design, organize, and oversee activities and needs during events
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and society members effectively
- Experience or interest in Sales to promote and enhance event-related services
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using event management tools and technology
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
