Event Coordinator (E- Mobility)
Salary Range- 30,000- 37,000 (Per month)
Location- Noida
Role Overview
As a Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sponsorship acquisition, institutional partnerships, and corporate collaborations for ISIEINDIA’s flagship E-Mobility events and training programs.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, relationship building, and the EV/automotive ecosystem, with a strong interest in event-driven business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sponsorship & Revenue Generation
Identify and approach potential sponsors, exhibitors, and corporate partners
Pitch event proposals and customized sponsorship packages
Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
2. Institutional & Corporate Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutions
Develop long-term partnerships with automotive, EV, and green-tech companies
Coordinate MoUs and collaboration agreements
3. Lead Generation & Market Research
Research industry trends, potential clients, and new market segments
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and networking
Maintain and update CRM/database of prospects
4. Event Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the event operations team to align sponsor deliverables
Ensure sponsor branding and commitments are fulfilled during events
Support on-ground coordination during major events when required
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership decks
Maintain sales pipeline reports and revenue forecasts
Track KPIs and submit performance reports to management
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Sponsorship / Event Sales
- Strong interest in Electric Vehicles, Automotive, or Green Technology industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel for meetings and events when required.
