About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, highly organized, and creative Event Coordinator to lead, manage, and execute social impact events, NGO campaigns, awareness programs, fundraising initiatives, CSR collaborations, and community engagement projects across multiple cities in India. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive travel, dynamic event environments, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute NGO events, awareness drives, fundraising campaigns, CSR programs, and outreach initiatives across India
- Travel Pan India for event planning, on-ground execution, stakeholder meetings, and campaign activations
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, sponsors, volunteers, NGOs, and regional teams across multiple locations
- Manage event budgets, logistics, transportation, accommodation, and scheduling
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with social impact goals
- Build partnerships with corporates, donors, and local collaborators for regional and national events
- Supervise on-site event setup, volunteer management, and operational troubleshooting
- Execute promotional strategies through social media, PR, and local outreach channels
- Ensure compliance, permissions, and smooth execution of events in different states
- Prepare post-event reports, impact assessments, and future strategy recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Work, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in event coordination, NGO events, CSR activations, or large-scale public events
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across India
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Excellent vendor management and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability in diverse environments
- Proficiency in MS Office, event planning tools, and digital coordination platforms
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in NGO, social sector, CSR, or national event management preferred
- Passion for women empowerment, animal welfare, and community development
- Ability to work independently in multiple cities and high-pressure situations
- Strong leadership and volunteer management capabilities
