Role Description
The Event Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for planning and executing corporate events, promotional activities, and brand experiences for clients.
The role also requires proactive problem-solving during events, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting business development through well-organized, impactful events.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
- Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in event coordination, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred, along with a diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or an equivalent discipline.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Indore with flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, and demonstrate a detail-oriented, solution-focused approach.
