Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Event Coordinator position based in Chennai. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Daily responsibilities include coordinating logistics, communicating with clients and vendors, managing event schedules, handling on-site arrangements, and addressing any issues that may arise to guarantee the success of the event.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Event Planning and Event Management to design, organize, and execute impactful events.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience in Sales or related activities to promote event services, negotiate contracts, and drive client satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Proficiency in budgeting and problem-solving to ensure events are delivered within financial limits.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
