Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator located in neyveli, cuddalore. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing event planning and management from concept to execution. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and delivering high-quality events. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and leveraging sales strategies to enhance event participation and overall success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Event Planning and Event Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to support Sales and develop client relationships
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in organizing corporate, community, or private events is a plus
