Role Description
As an Event Coordinator at Akshayakalpa Organic, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that promote the brand and its products. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune City and involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing event logistics, and ensuring seamless event delivery. You will engage with customers, manage budgets, build business relations, and contribute to sales generation through impactful event execution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management to successfully organize and deliver impactful events.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to actively engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional experiences.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to drive engagement that results in increased brand awareness and business growth.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work onsite at events, adaptable to dynamic situations, and able to handle challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with sustainability-focused industries or products is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
