Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Conceptualizer based in New Delhi. The Event Conceptualizer will be responsible for designing creative event concepts, planning event logistics, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, and coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless execution. The role also involves strategizing event marketing efforts and working closely with the sales team to convert ideas into actionable plans.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in event planning and event marketing
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in sales and client handling
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to conceptualize unique event ideas
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management or event planning tools is an added advantage
- Prior experience in event management or a related field is preferred
- Ability to prepare client presentations according to requirements
- Experience in wedding and social event planning and conceptualization
- Strong client coordination skills to understand and deliver on requirements
