About the Role:
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the backbone of our technology stack. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop robust, scalable, and efficient backend solutions that power our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Backend Development:
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Ensure systems are optimized for performance and reliability.
2. Architecture & Design:
• Collaborate with architects to design robust, modular, and maintainable systems.
• Lead the adoption of best practices in system design and development.
3. Collaboration & Mentorship:
• Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering growth and skill development within the team.
4. Maintenance & Optimization:
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for scalability.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential system vulnerabilities or technical debt.

Requirements:

1. Experience:
1. 5+ years of backend development experience.
2. Proven expertise in backend technologies like [Specify preferred languages, e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, etc.].
3. Experience with databases such as [e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB] and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
2. Skills:
1. Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
2. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
