🎯 Role Overview
We are hiring an energetic and travel-loving Event Assistant to book and manage college events.
This is not a desk-based office job. It is a field role designed for people who enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and working in dynamic environments.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Book events and workshops with colleges
Visit colleges across Jaipur and nearby cities
Coordinate and manage on-ground event execution
Communicate with college management and TPOs
Handle student registrations and event support
✈️ Travel Requirement
Regular college visits
Outstation travel (as required)
Travel allowance as per company policy
