Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team. As part of our stellar engineering crew, you will work on cutting-edge machine learning projects, build scalable models, and apply ML techniques to solve real-world problems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to bring impactful AI solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for a variety of use cases, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
2. Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and transform them into robust ML solutions.
3. Experiment with new algorithms and approaches to improve model performance and accuracy.
4. Optimize data pipelines to efficiently handle large-scale datasets.
5. Continuously monitor and fine-tune models to ensure their robustness and relevance.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and research in machine learning and AI.
7. Develop tools and libraries to streamline the ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing to deployment.
8. Document work clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a related role.
3. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
4. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant ML frameworks.
5. Hands-on experience with model deployment and maintaining models in production.
6. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for ML deployment.
7. Strong background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
8. Ability to work with large datasets and complex systems in a collaborative environment.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable, impactful solutions.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
2. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
3. Knowledge of MLOps practices for model versioning and deployment pipelines.
4. Strong communication skills with an ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
