Even is looking for a dynamic Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to join our stellar engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our cutting-edge projects, designing and implementing ML models that drive innovation across our platforms. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Develop ML Models: Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex problems and improve product functionality.
2. Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
3. Data Analysis & Feature Engineering: Use large datasets to extract insights, design features, and enhance the predictive power of our models.
4. Model Evaluation & Improvement: Continuously evaluate the performance of ML models and implement improvements to ensure scalability and accuracy.
5. Innovative Projects: Take ownership of ML-driven projects that push the boundaries of our product and technology stack.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
2. Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, frameworks, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data analysis tools.
4. Experience with large datasets, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
5. Ability to demonstrate innovative work in ML—whether big or small projects.
