About the role:
Clinical Operations & Patient Flow
- Play a key leadership role in shaping exceptional patient experiences by overseeing multidisciplinary specialty services such as Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Chiropractic, and beyond.
- Oversee daily clinical support operations, including staffing, clinic readiness, patient flow, and workflow adherence.
- Ensure exam rooms and shared clinical areas meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
- Coordinate EHR messaging, provider support, and patient follow-up, including no-show rescheduling.
- Provide operational coverage during assigned on-call weekends.
Staff Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and supervise clinical support staff through daily guidance, 1:1s, quality observations, and performance feedback.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical support team members.
- Conduct quality huddles and partner on performance management and corrective actions.
Inventory, Medication & Safety Oversight
- Oversee clinical and medication inventory, ensuring accurate documentation, reconciliation, and timely reordering.
- Promote quality, safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance across assigned sites.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, clinical protocols, and all HIPAA, HRSA, state, federal, and accreditation standards.

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred.
- Completion of one of the following clinical education or training programs is required, including but now limited to:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Medical Assistant Program
- Paramedic Program
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program
- Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience in an outpatient or primary care setting.
- Prior experience in a team lead, preceptor, CHW or supervisory role preferred.
