Job Title: EV Trainer
Location : Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Salary : 4 LPA - 5 LPA (As per Experience)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and hands-on training on EV 2W & 3W assembly and service.
- Explain and provide deep-dive training on critical EV systems, including the battery, BMS, motor, controller, and charger.
- Demonstrate essential troubleshooting techniques and basic diagnostics procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Monitor trainee performance closely and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a high standard of safety, discipline, and proper use of tools/equipment during all training sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records and attendance logs.
- Support trainees effectively for external assessments, certification, and overall placement readiness.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient training delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Mechatronics, or relevant field.
- Experience: 3–6 years
- Language Preference: English & Local Language (Mandatory).
