Role - EV Trainer
Location - Kamakhyanagar, Odisha
Salary Range - 20,000 to 28,000 in hand per month

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Electric Vehicle technologies, Battery Management Systems (BMS), EV Powertrain, Charging Infrastructure, and Vehicle Diagnostics.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, laboratory sessions, and technical demonstrations for students, professionals, and corporate participants.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and technical documentation.
- Evaluate trainees through assignments, practical assessments, and examinations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in EV technology, battery systems, and industry trends.
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Certification or specialization in Electric Vehicle Technology is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in EV training, automotive training, technical education, or related domains.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of EV Architecture, Battery Technology, BMS, Motors, Controllers, and Charging Systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Hands-on experience with EV systems, diagnostics, and testing equipment.
