Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an EV Trainer. The EV Trainer will conduct practical and theoretical training sessions on electric vehicles, develop and update training materials, and evaluate trainees' understanding and progress. The role involves maintaining updated knowledge of EV technologies, preparing assessment reports, and providing mentorship to trainees to enhance their technical and practical skills in the EV domain. The trainer will also collaborate with the foundation’s team to improve the curriculum based on industry trends and feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in electric vehicle technologies and related technical skills
- Experience in developing and delivering effective training modules
- Ability to conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to trainees
- Proficient in communication and presentation skills for clear instructional delivery
- Familiarity with technical tools and equipment required for EV maintenance and repair
- Experience in skill development or vocational training programs is a plus
- Ability to adapt training techniques to the needs of diverse learner groups
- Relevant technical certification or degree in electrical, mechanical, or automotive engineering preferred
