Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for an EV Trainer. The EV Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training modules on electric vehicle technology, conducting hands-on workshops, providing guidance to students and professionals, and staying updated on the latest advancements in the field. The trainer will also collaborate with the curriculum development team to create comprehensive learning resources and ensure timely delivery of trainings, while promoting a culture of curiosity and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electric Vehicle Systems, technologies, and components such as battery management systems, electric drivetrains, and related integrations
- Experience in delivering training sessions, hands-on workshops, and technical courses to diverse groups of participants
- Strong skills in Research, Curriculum Development, and Program Design for technical training
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and clean energy solutions, including emerging innovative concepts such as Hydrogen Fuel Cells
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt technical content based on the audience's level of knowledge
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields
- Industry experience in EV development or related projects is preferred
