Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for an EV Operation Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth execution of EV (Electric Vehicle) fleet activities. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing operations, supervising team performance, coordinating with stakeholders, and analyzing operational data to enhance efficiency and productivity. The EV Operation Supervisor will ensure compliance with company standards and continuously contribute toward operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively.
- Operations and Operations Management experience: Knowledge in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring optimal performance.
- Analytical Skills: Capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
- Excellent Communication skills: Proficiency in clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance, preferably in EV operations or a related field.
- MBA ,B.Tech.,Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
