Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site EV Mechanic role located in Pune District. The EV Mechanic will be responsible for routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing electric vehicles to ensure optimal performance. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, repairing heavy equipment, and performing quality checks to maintain the reliability of electric vehicle operations. Collaboration with the fleet management team to ensure timely resolutions and operational efficiency is integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Knowledge of repairing and working with Heavy Equipment related to electric vehicles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in on-site environments and within a team
- Prior experience in EV or automotive repair and maintenance is preferred
- Technical diploma or certification in automotive or EV mechanics
