About the Role
Gigforce is looking for an experienced EV Infra Project Manager to lead and manage electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects across our North India territory. Based out of Gurugram, you will oversee end-to-end execution of AC/DC charger installation, fleet charging setups, power panel work, and AMC services for residential, commercial, and fleet clients, ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee EV charging infrastructure projects across North India from initiation to closure
- Coordinate with vendors, electrical contractors, DISCOMs, and internal teams to ensure smooth charger installation and commissioning
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple sites
- Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Track project milestones and proactively resolve on-ground execution issues
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to clients and senior management
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedules and ensure timely servicing of installed infrastructure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, and channel partners across the region
- Travel across North India as needed to support project rollouts and client visits
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or equivalent practical experience
- 3-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in EV charging, power infrastructure, or related fields
- Solid understanding of AC/DC charging systems, electrical panels, and power distribution
- Proven experience managing multi-site projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar)
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
- Willingness to travel within North India
