Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an EV Fleet Operations Executive, located in South East Delhi. The role involves overseeing daily fleet operations, managing driver schedules, ensuring vehicle maintenance, monitoring fleet performance, and ensuring the timely completion of deliveries. The executive will be tasked with optimizing fleet utilization, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
- Fleet Operations Management and Scheduling expertise
- Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills
- Operational Understanding of Electric Vehicle Infrastructure
- Experience in Vehicle Maintenance, Inspection, and Safety Standards
- Team Coordination, Leadership, and Complaint Resolution Abilities
- Effectiveness in Record-Keeping, Data Analysis, and Operational Reporting
- Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar technology tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
- Experience in the EV or logistics sector is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for driver and vendor relations
