Job Role: EV Charging Software Engineer (MATLAB / Embedded C)
Work Experience: 3 to 15 Years
Location: Bangalore & Pune
We are hiring EV Charging Software Engineer with strong expertise in High Voltage (HV) charging systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow or Embedded C development, along with a solid understanding of automotive software architecture and EV charging standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze software requirements and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Propose technical solutions and enhancements based on EV/HV charging domain expertise.
- Collaborate with requirement engineers and system architects for technical clarifications.
- Develop and validate Proof of Concepts (POCs) where required.
- Perform software development and testing activities across the lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE quality standards and project guidelines.
- Review deliverables and support planning, estimation, and execution activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in EV Charging / HV Charging domain (mandatory).
- Strong experience in MATLAB / Simulink / Stateflow OR Embedded C development.
- Knowledge of EV charging standards such as CHAdeMO, GB/T, and ChaoJi.
- Experience in requirements analysis and system-level design.
- Familiarity with ASPICE software development process.
- Working knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
