Job Role: EV Charging Function Developer (MATLAB / Embedded C)
Work Experience: 3 to 15 Years
Location: Bangalore & Pune
We are seeking a skilled EV Charging Function Developer with strong domain expertise in EV / HV Charging (mandatory). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow or Embedded C, along with a solid understanding of automotive software development and charging systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze software requirements and identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas
- Propose technical solutions and enhancements based on HV charging domain expertise
- Collaborate with requirement engineers and system architects for clarifications
- Develop and validate Proof of Concepts (POCs) where required
- Work on development and testing activities across the software lifecycle
- Review deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards (ASPICE)
- Support planning, estimation, and delivery activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in EV Charging / HV Charging domain (mandatory)
- Strong experience in MATLAB / Simulink / Stateflow OR Embedded C
- Knowledge of charging standards (CHAdeMO, GB/T, ChaoJi)
- Experience in requirement analysis and system design
- Familiarity with ASPICE software development process
- Experience with AUTOSAR architecture
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TargetLink (model-based development)
- Exposure to EV system architecture and battery charging systems
- Understanding of automotive software lifecycle and validation processes
