Role Description

This is a full-time Service Engineer role based on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Service Engineer is responsible for conducting equipment maintenance and repair, providing technical support, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions. The role ensures seamless field service delivery, including troubleshooting mechanical and technical challenges. Collaboration with clients and internal teams will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience in field service and the ability to provide on-site support and assistance to clients.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, customers, and internal teams.
• Competence in providing technical support for resolving system or equipment-related issues.
• Proficiency in maintenance and repair, ensuring all equipment operates at optimal performance levels.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Educational background in engineering or a related technical field; prior experience in mobility or automotive sectors is a plus.
