What You’ll Do
- Drive Wax Pass sales and meet/exceed performance goals
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Assist in daily operations, scheduling, and team support
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve success
- Build lasting relationships with guests and team members
- Support center growth through sales and service excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Retail sales experience (preferred)
- Scheduling experience (strongly preferred)
- 1–2 years in the beauty industry (preferred)
- Positive, friendly, and upbeat personality
- Professional appearance at all times
- Ability to thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends)
- Team player with strong communication skills
Ability to:
- Reach items up to 6 feet high
- Lift up to 25 pounds
- Passion for building genuine guest relationships
- Commitment to representing European Wax Center values
