At EMA, we believe that diversity and inclusion (D&I) is vital to our success. Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Working Group As part of our commitment to keep making EMA a diverse and inclusive workplace, the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Working Group has been established to: Help raise awareness of D&I issues, e.g. by supporting the organisation of training events, inviting guest speakers to raise awareness and change attitudes, and organising campaigns and events to promote best practices. Cooperate with other EU institutions and bodies, and sharing information and good practices related to D&I topics. Mobilise senior management and staff by offering them the roles of 'D&I ambassador' and 'D&I ally'. Extend collaboration to groups of staff who are keen to become involved in D&I activities. Support the development of EMA's D&I policy within the future 'HR strategy' that is currently being developed. The Diversity and Inclusion Working Group is formed by colleagues from different areas of The Agency and different levels of seniority and managerial responsibilities. The Diversity and Inclusion Working Group on annual basis develops, implements and reports on an action plans with specific goals and measures to improve D&I aspects within the Agency.
