We Are Hiring – Europe Work Permit Sales Specialist (Trivandrum, Kerala, India)
XPATZ GLOBAL is an international immigration and global mobility services organization with a management office in India and a global operational presence, specializing in verified European work permits, Schengen visas, Business invitations, Residency programs, and Medical invitations. We work with trusted partners and structured processes to ensure ethical, transparent, and compliant mobility solutions.
We are expanding our India operations and inviting experienced professionals to join our Trivandrum team.
Role: Europe Work Permit Sales Specialist
📍 Location: Trivandrum, Kerala (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries for European work permits and visa services
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales through a consultative approach
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Present immigration options clearly and professionally
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Maintain ethical, transparent, and client-focused communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience in European immigration, global mobility, recruitment, or high-performance sales roles
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in mentoring or team coordination is an advantage
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or related field preferred
- Prior experience in European visa or recruitment services is highly valued. (Preferably 2 years at least)
- Fluent in English and Hindi Language
