Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Europe Tour Manager located in Mumbai. The Tour Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of tours across European destinations. Responsibilities include itinerary development, ensuring seamless travel operations, managing group logistics, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves organizing pre-departure briefings, liaising with local guides, managing schedules, and addressing clients’ needs throughout the tours.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of European destinations, cultural landmarks, and travel logistics
- Proficiency in itinerary planning, tour operations, and group coordination
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service, including resolving issues and catering to diverse client needs
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and handle on-site challenges during tours
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with travel regulations, documentation, and visa procedures for European regions
