Role Overview
We are looking for Europe Supply & Reservations (Sr. Executive or TL) with strong destination knowledge of Europe and hands-on experience in hotel contracting, reservations management, voucher issuance, vendor coordination, and itinerary planning. The role is operations-heavy and requires accuracy, speed, and strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel contracting for Europe destinations, including rate negotiation, allotments, and seasonal pricing.
- Handle hotel and service reservations for group bookings across Europe
- Issue vouchers for hotels, transport, attractions, and ground services accurately and on time
- Coordinate with international vendors and suppliers for confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
- Manage vendor payments, reconcile invoices, and ensure timely settlements
- Support itinerary planning and costing for Europe packages.
- Resolve on-ground, Pre & post-booking issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and partner agreements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong destination knowledge of Europe (multiple countries preferred)
- Proven experience in hotel contracting and supplier negotiations
- Hands-on experience with reservations systems, voucher issuance, and operations workflows
- Understanding of Hotel, vendor payment cycles and reconciliation
- Ability to plan and cost multi-city Europe itineraries
- High attention to detail and strong coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
