Role Overview:We are seeking a
Europe Education Counsellor to guide students on university selection, applications, and visa processes across key European countries. The role involves end-to-end student support, achieving recruitment targets, and promoting study abroad opportunities. Ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of European admissions, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, student-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Counsel students on European universities, courses, and visa procedures (including countries like Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands, etc.).
- Shortlist universities based on student profiles, academic background, and career goals.
- Assist students with application processes, documentation, SOPs, and visa guidance.
- Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.
- Promote Study in Europe opportunities through social media engagement and campaigns.
- Manage student data, applications, and follow-ups through CRM systems.
- Stay updated on European admission requirements, visa regulations, and immigration policies.
- Represent Prosper Overseas at university partner events, fairs, and institutional visits.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education or related field preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling (Europe Education).
- Strong knowledge of European admissions, visa processes, and country-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing student pipelines.
- Target-driven, proactive, and skilled in social media engagement.
- Ability to handle multiple country applications and student profiles efficiently.
